Adult sites are accepted for inclusion in the Blue Wave Adult Links database subject to the following conditions:
1. You may submit more than one URL. However, you may NOT submit the same URL more than
once. You may NOT submit any given URL to more than ONE category unless your site fits each
category and offers sufficient content to justify multiple categories. The first violation will result in
the deletion of ALL the URLs. The second violation will result in the deletion of ALL URLs
associated with the offender and the offender will be banned from any future postings. Offenders
are NOT notified so search the database before you submit a URL - particularly if your URL was
submitted by another individual or party. Also, we do NOT accept multiple submissions from the same person where the sites are alike or similar in content - only submit
one site (which may also link to the other sites). This serves to prevent persons from spamming our database with multiple
doorway sites which devalues our database, and plays unfair with other sites listed with Blue Wave.
2. Numerical IP URLs (e.g., http://202.354.34.12) are NOT accepted.
3. Sites containing pop-up consoles or blind links or misleading links will NOT be accepted. Blue
Wave is a Console-Free site!
4. Sites containing materials (text or image) or links related to pedophilia (pornography related to
minors under the age of 18 years) or bestiality will NOT be accepted. Offenders will be banned from
any future postings and reported to the authorities. NO underage content (hardcore or softcore) is allowed.
5. Sites lacking locally hosted content will NOT be accepted.
6. Sites engaged in (i) piracy (including but not limited to password and software related) or (ii)
password trading or (iii) hotlinking to content pages either directly or indirectly or (iv) bandwidth
theft or (v) using links on images to other URLs will NOT be accepted. Offenders will be banned
from any future postings and reported to ALL parties involved.
7. Sites specializing in celebrities, or offering celebrity content will NOT be accepted.
8. Sites making false claims or engaged in illegal activities will NOT be accepted. In the case of the
latter, offenders will be banned from any future postings and reported to the authorities.
9. Sites featuring adult-related materials and/or links including but not limited to nudity and sexual
acts, and which are hosted on non-adult servers including but not limited to Angelfire, AOL,
Compuserve, GeoCities, Trailerpark, Tripod and Xoom will NOT be accepted.
10. NOTE: A reciprocal link is required to be accepted in our database. Your reciprocal link to Blue Wave must appear on the page you are submitting. We no longer have time to spend searching your entire site to find our reciprocal. Linking info is available here.
11. Blue Wave provides links to Internet websites containing adult content. Blue Wave in no way
warrants the legitimacy of the material contained on the site submitted. By submitting a site you
indemnify and hold harmless Blue Wave from any legal issues relating to the distribution of said
material by the site being submitted; including but not limited to copyright infringement, community
standards and adult entertainment laws. By this submittal, you are stating any images used in your
site are in compliance with state 18 U.S.C. 2257. Blue Wave reserves the right to not post and/or
remove any links when presented with a valid case of copyright infringement from the copyright
holders themselves. Any links removed for said reasons will not be reinstated until the infringed
upon parties are satisfied.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Offenders are NOT notified if their link is rejected or deleted due to violation of these rules. Only
successful posters are notified via email. ALL links are reviewed personally.
